UPDATE

We just want to take a moment to update customers on the situation due to the conflict in the Middle East.

As we approach two weeks since the conflict began, we are seeing an unprecedented impact on our supply chain. This has meant that we are continuing operations with significantly reduced fuel volumes.

We would strongly stress to customers the importance of avoiding panic buying,  our delivery teams are arriving at properties where tanks are already over half full and unable to take the quantity ordered.

We understand the concerns you may have as customers, but please rest assured that our team are working tirelessly to ensure orders are completed as quickly as possible.

While we do not want to advise that customers may experience delays to deliveries, it is possible that some delays may occur. Please know that we will continue to support you throughout this period.

Pricing is another concern. There have been many reports in the media regarding comments made by MPs and Media Outlets about distributors price gouging. While some may adopt these practices, I can assure you that the vast majority of distributors are not undertaking such actions. Instead, they are doing everything possible to support their customers during what are truly difficult times for everyone.

We are currently operating in a period of uncertainty, and fuel markets remain highly volatile. We will continue to do everything we can to support customers with pricing and deliveries, but we are dealing with factors completely outside of our control.

What I would ask is that when speaking with our team, you please do so with respect. They are here to support you and are working under very challenging circumstances.
